Mobile Kitchen Classroom is a non-profit organization that creates opportunities to teach high school students about sustainability, nutrition and health through interactive experiences in the classroom, kitchen, and garden.

Nutshell Projects incorporated the non-profit organization, established a board of directors and advisory committee, designed the website, and conceived of the first two entry point projects. We also oversaw fundraising, curriculum writing, and  overall project management through the first two years of development.
