Saipua is a flower studio based in Brooklyn. The business recently expanded their operation to include World’s End Farm, a 110-acre farm in Montgomery County, New York.

Nutshell Projects worked with Saipua to develop their upstate property. We determined short- and long-term priorities, conducted feasibility studies, wrote a business plan, contacted local resources, established timelines, and managed on-site implementation. Additionally, we helped to restore an old barn, install deer fencing, restore an old apple orchard, plant cover crop on larger fields, and establish a kitchen garden.
