Aoka organizes experiential tours and learning programs in Brazil. Their trips are designed to encourage intercultural exchange, support diverse communities, and affirm the value of local traditions and natural resources.

In November 2012, Nutshell Projects will lead Aoka’s first tour to focus on food and agriculture in and around Sao Paolo. We will organize site visits, discussions, and meals that connect participants with farmers, distributors, chefs, and other members of the Sao Paolo food community.
