Hot Bread Kitchen Incubates is a kitchen incubator and enterprise development program, located inside La Marqueta in East Harlem, that supports start-up food entrepreneurs in launching scalable food businesses, with a particular focus on creating more paths to business ownership for low-income women and minorities.

Nutshell Projects provided interim program management, helped define the curriculum, and established benchmarks to ensure that clients receive the necessary support to move through the four levels of the incubation program.
