She Wolf Bakery is a small commercial bakery located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Their breads are available at Roman’s, Marlow & Sons, Diner, Reynard, and Achilles Heel, and available for retail purchase at Marlow & Daughters and at four Greenmarket locations. Almost all of the breads contain some portion of natural leaven (or sourdough culture).

Nutshell Projects oversaw the renovation of their new bakery location, including the purchase and installation of all equipment.
